Health equity workshop

Watch the introductory video and then deliver the presentation using the slides. Approximate duration is 2 hours. You can use the case study and learning through film materials below, or other materials on the Fair Health website, to build a half or full day education event.

Case study

These materials will help you deliver a 30-45 minute learning activity centered around the care of a patient with multimorbidity to prepare learners to help people with similar challenges they will meet during their work in primary care

Using film to help learners understand health inequalities

This activity uses a film called "The Arbor" to help learners understand the lives of people experiencing trauma, poverty, neglect, substance misuse, racism and prostitution. There is a video guide and session guides for educators and learners to use.
