Introducing Health Inequalities for Primary Care Leads
Primary Care leads for health inequalities are being identified at practice and, increasingly, network level - for example primary care network health inequalities leads in England.
This learning module is designed for people who are new to health inequalities and operating at a group, locality or network level.
If you have already done our 'Introducing health inequalities in primary care' module, much of this will be familiar to you (although we have updated the statistics, graphs and reports) and you can probably skip to the section just for network leads.
